Our established, successful printing company is looking for an energetic, passionate Front Counter Customer Service Representative at our Irving Texas location. This will start as a part time position from 9:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday but could lead to a full time role in the future.

We are looking for someone with strong computer skills, good communication skills, a great phone voice, excellent grammar (written and verbal), and the ability to work with numerous customers at a time.

We strive to deliver friendly and fun customer solutions and help customers with their printing needs.

Daily Duties Include:
• Answering phones/taking messages

• Responding to customers via phone and email

• Estimating jobs for customers

• Greeting/working with customers at the front counter to meet client needs

• Assisting customers with paper, binding, and finishing options

• Working with other employees/managers in a team environment

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or college courses

• Previous print/sign industry experience required
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Superb phone voice with excellent grammar
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude with ever-changing deadlines
